The act requires employers to complete an I-9 form for each employee within three days of hire. The United States Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) can come into your office to complete a random I-9 audit of your company. Are you prepared for such an event? Here are some of the questions to ask yourself:

.  Did you realize that according to USCIS law that Section 1 of the I-9 should be completed by the employee the day of hire and that section 2 needs to be completed no more than 2 business days from hire?
